How much does the program cost?

Pricing varies by country and program. For the most up-to-date pricing, check your application or visit our website.

How does payment work?

Your program fee is split into two parts. You pay a smaller fee at home, up front, to secure your place and get your application moving. You then pay the rest once you are in the US and earning, in installments through the On Program Payments section of your profile, by US bank account or Wise. The exact amounts and schedule depend on your country and program, so check your application or our website for your figures.

What does the program fee cover?

Your fee covers things like your round-trip flights, your visa processing and DS-2019, your SEVIS fee, up to 120 days of insurance, and 24-hour support while you are in the US. Some costs are not included, such as the US visa (embassy) fee you pay to the US government, your visa photo, and travel from the airport to your resort.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Payment schedules and amounts vary from country to country, but we offer installments everywhere to make it as easy as possible to take part.

When do I make my first payment?

Log in to your application or visit our website for the most up-to-date payment information.

What if I am worried about a payment?

We want your payment plan to suit you, so if you are worried about a payment, give us a call and we will be happy to help. Try to get in touch before a payment is due, as an overdue payment can put your application at risk.

Will I get my money back if I change my mind?

If you change your mind before you’re accepted onto the program, you may be entitled to a refund, or you can transfer your fees to next season. The amount you get back, if any, depends on your country’s refund and cancellation policy and how far through the process you are. If you cancel after you’ve been accepted, speak to the Resort Leaders team about your options. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

How much will I get paid?

This depends on your role at the resort and your experience. Visit the Resort Leaders website for more information.

If I say no to a resort that offers me a placement, can it affect my refund?

If a resort interviews you and wants to hire you but you decide not to go, it could affect your refund. Speak to a member of the team if you’re not sure.
