How to make payments to Resort Leaders with your US account
To make your payment you will need your account number and routing number.
Important: If you are making a payment via Wise please read this article.
How to make a payment:
Please note: US bank account payments can take 5-7 business days to process, so don't worry if the payment doesn't appear in your Resort Leaders payment section right away. It will show in the 'Pending Transaction' section until the payment clears and your balance owed updates.

Log in to your Resort Leaders profile and navigate to the payment section

Make sure you are on the "On Program Payments" tab

Click "Pay" and enter the amount you wish to pay

Click "Next" and select the "US bank account" option

Enter your email address and name
- You can either choose your bank account from the available options or choose to enter your details manually. It's easier and faster to select your account if it's available.
- If you select a bank please follow the steps presented to authorize the payment.
- Manual option: If you choose to enter details manually you will be asked for your routing and account number.

You may be asked if you want to save your details with an email address and phone number (you can choose to save or skip)

Review and confirm your payment

You will receive an email from Stripe confirming a direct debit authorization for Smaller Earth USA.
US bank account verification with Stripe (manual payments only)
If you choose to enter your details manually, you'll need to verify your US bank account before the payment can be completed successfully.

To verify your US bank account for payments, Stripe will make a small test deposit of $0.01 to your account which will later be withdrawn. This is a standard verification step used to make sure your banking details are correct and secure.

Stripe will send you an email with the subject “Verify your bank account for Smaller Earth USA”

Follow the instructions in the email, and enter the six-digit verification code from the deposit transaction in your account.

Once Stripe has verified your account, your payment to Resort Leaders will proceed as normal
