How do I log in?

Log in to your Resort Leaders profile with the email address and password you registered with. If you're a returning participant, use the same details from your previous application, or reset your password if you can't remember them.

Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" option on the login page. You'll get an email with instructions to set a new one, so check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. If you still can't get in, contact the Resort Leaders team.

Keeping your details up to date

You can update your personal details, such as your name, address, and contact information, in your profile. Keep your email address and phone number current, as that's how Resort Leaders and resorts will reach you.

Setting up two-factor authentication

You can turn on two-factor authentication from the settings page in your profile. Once it's on, a verification code is sent to your email address when you log in from a new device.

Deferring or withdrawing your application

If you've changed your mind about traveling this season, you can defer your application to the following year or withdraw completely. Go to the settings page in your profile and follow the instructions under "Defer or withdraw."

Reapplying after withdrawing

Yes, you can come back. If you've withdrawn and want to reapply, contact your local Resort Leaders office. They can review where you got to with your application and payments and reactivate your account, so you don't have to start from scratch.

Requesting or deleting your data

You can request a copy of the personal data Resort Leaders holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted, from the settings page in your profile. Both requests are completed within one month. Your personal data is only used for the purposes it was collected for, and is only kept as long as needed to meet contractual, financial, and legal obligations.
