If you have a problem on program

Who to talk to if you run into a problem on program, and what to do if you lose your passport or documents.

Last updated June 16, 2026

Most issues that come up on program can be sorted out quickly, and there's always someone to help. Here's who to turn to.

If you have a problem at your resort

Start by speaking to your manager, supervisor, or an experienced member of the team. Most issues can be resolved at the resort, and the people around you have usually dealt with similar situations before.

If it isn't resolved, or you'd rather speak to someone outside the resort, contact Resort Leaders. The US support team is available 24/7 on 1-866-803-7643.

Issues with your employer

If you have a problem with your managers or the resort itself, contact Resort Leaders directly. You should also get in touch straight away if you're asked to do anything that doesn't match your visa category, or if you ever feel unsafe.

If you lose your passport or important documents

If you lose your passport while in the US, contact your country's nearest embassy or consulate as soon as possible to arrange a replacement, and let Resort Leaders know so the team can support you through it.

If you lose your DS-2019, contact Resort Leaders and your visa sponsor. A replacement can be arranged, but it takes time.

Saving digital copies of your passport, visa, DS-2019, and insurance card to your phone and email before you travel makes all of this much easier. Keep your documents somewhere safe and consistent, and carry copies rather than originals when you're traveling on time off.
