How to contact Resort Leaders

You can find contact details for your local office on the Resort Leaders website or in your Resort Leaders profile. For support while you're in the US, the Resort Leaders USA office can be reached at usa@resortleaders.com or 1-866-803-7643, 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday.

Office hours and response times

Resort Leaders offices operate during standard business hours in each country. Response times vary depending on how busy the season is, but the team aims to reply as quickly as possible. During peak periods (spring and early summer), it may take a little longer.

Your local office vs the US office

Resort Leaders has offices in multiple countries. Your local office handles your application, placement, and pre-departure support. The US office handles in-country support while you are at the resort.

If you are at the resort and need help, contact the US office. For application questions before you travel, contact your local office. For emergencies outside office hours, contact your visa sponsor.

How to contact your visa sponsor

Your visa sponsor's contact information is listed on your DS-2019, on your visa, and in the visa section of your Resort Leaders profile. It is mandatory to know who your sponsor is and how to reach them. For full details, see visa sponsor information.

GDPR and sharing information with parents

Due to data protection regulations, Resort Leaders can only share certain details of your application with your parents or guardians. Once you give permission, they can act on your behalf and Resort Leaders can fully disclose information to them.

If you would like your parents to be able to contact Resort Leaders on your behalf, let the team know.
