In an emergency contact your visa sponsor immediately in any of the situations listed below:

  • You have been fired
  • You have a legal emergency
  • There has been an emergency at home
  • You are involved in a medical emergency
  • You have gone to the emergency room
  • You have concerns that need to be addressed by the Resort Leaders US office prior to the next business day

Who is my visa sponsor?

Resort Leaders partner with multiple visa sponsors including Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE), Cultural Exchange Network (CENET), Cultural Homestay International (CHI). Your visa sponsor is listed in your Resort Leaders profile, on your DS-2019 and on your J-1 visa in your passport.

I am on program and have a concern that is not an emergency.
