  • You have been fired
  • You have a legal emergency
  • There has been an emergency at home
  • You are involved in a medical emergency
  • You have gone to the emergency room
  • You have concerns that need to be addressed by the Resort Leaders US office prior to the next business day

Who is my visa sponsor?

Resort Leaders partner with multiple visa sponsors including Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE), Cultural Exchange Network (CENET), Cultural Homestay International (CHI) and United Studies. Your visa sponsor is listed in your Resort Leaders profile, on your DS-2019 and on your J-1 visa in your passport.

Once you’re in the States, you may need to reach out to our US team for assistance. Our Resort Leaders USA office business hours are from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday. Eligibility
Resorts hire for participants with availability starting May/June, September and December. Depending on your program (Work & Travel or Intern & Trainee) you will need to be available for 3-12 months.
