The US Department of State designates visa sponsors, who support and take responsibility for you while you are in the United States. Resort Leaders partners with various resorts that are vetted by the visa sponsor, to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.  

It is mandatory for you to know who your visa sponsor is and how to contact them.

Communication with Visa Sponsor

It is vital that upon arrival in the United States and throughout your program you remain in communication with your Visa Sponsor. 

Each sponsor has their own preference on communication via phone, email or their own database. You must ensure to respond within 24 hours of any request that they make. Should you disregard these request you may face program termination.
