<h2>How do I know if I’m a returner? </h2>
<p>If you’ve been to a resort in America with Resort Leaders before and have a placement at the same resort already, you are a returner.</p>
<h2>If I was a Resort Leaders participant in the past, but would like to change my Resort, am I a returner?</h2>
<p>No. You can still be a participant on our program and apply for a new resort, but you will be categorized as a "Returnee-First Timer. (RFT)" You can  apply for positions at our other resort partners and take part in our fairs as you did as a "First Timer. (FT)"</p>
<h2>Am I eligible to go with Resort Leaders if I used a different agency before?</h2>
<p>Yes. Anyone who has previously been a to a resort and is still a full time student is eligible to apply regardless of your previous agency.&nbsp;</p>
<h2>If this is my second year, are there any visa restrictions? </h2>
<p>No. As long as you meet the background check &amp; student status criteria there are no visa restrictions for 2nd-year returners.</p>
<h2>If I'm returning for my third-year (or more), will I be able to get a J1 visa? </h2>
<p>Yes.  As long as you meet the background check &amp; student status criteria there are no visa restrictions for 3+ year returners.</p>
