Interns

For university students and recent graduates, a J-1 internship program for up to 12 months with a U.S. company or organization can be a life-changing opportunity to jump-start their careers, learn new skills, and grow both professionally and personally.

Trainees

This J-1 program is designed for young professionals 18 years of age or older with a university degree and at least one year of professional experience, or five years of related work experience. Offering valuable on-the-job training with leading U.S. resorts, it’s a proven path to career advancement, as well as an exciting journey of individual growth and cultural discovery.
